Most of us were never taught how to rest, yet our signals offer the clearest guidance.

The Rest Uncovered Method is a journey of five phases; depletion, pause, repair, integration, and sustainability.  Together, with the five areas of rest; stimulation, physical regulation, mental space, connection, and emotional capacity. We learn to recognize when 'rest' is more than sleep, but more a moment where the soul is seeking connection, a grounding pause, or a quiet walk in nature.  By identifying both the phase you are in and the area you need, you can begin to rebuild a relationship with rest that honors your true capacity.
