Workshops
Workshops offer an in-depth overview of
The Rest Uncovered Method; five phases and five areas of rest, through shared learning. Online workshops create a quiet space to reflect from home while still feeling connected to others, while in‑person gatherings bring the added warmth of shared physical presence.
In both settings, you’ll be guided in small groups, with simple practices that offer permission, nurture inspiration, and help you experience how rest can be sustainable.

Programs
The Rest Reset, a step beyond workshops with a month‑long journey of small daily teachings and practices, all rooted in the five phases and five areas of The Rest Uncovered Method. This offering will allow you to explore new ways of meeting your days and you can choose from either the small group experience for shared accountability and community connection, or a self‑paced version you can begin anytime you feel ready.
One-to-One
Guidance
One‑to‑one guidance offers a personalized space to explore rest in a way that meets your real capacity, needs, and rhythms. You’re welcome to begin with a complimentary 30 minute consultation to explore whether this kind of support is the right fit for you. Or, if you already know you want deeper ongoing support, you can move directly into booking a one hour session or a package of four sessions. All sessions are online, but for those in the Comox Valley area, in person can be arranged. Please reach out here.
Each offer works with The Rest Uncovered Method; simple, grounding practices and collaborative conversations to help you reconnect with yourself and find your way to
more sustainable rest.


Collaborations & Speaking
Collaborations and speaking engagements offer a way to bring The Rest Uncovered Method into the spaces and communities you support. If you offer restful experiences such as movement, sound, breathwork, or anything that helps people soften, I’d love to connect. I bring the rest education: the framework, language, and gentle permission that help people understand the importance of rest in daily life. Paired with your embodied offering, we can create something together.
These collaborations can look like co‑facilitated workshops, weaving rest education into your existing offerings, or sharing conversations through podcasts, online gatherings, or conferences.
I also welcome referral relationships in both directions for when clients need support beyond what either of us offers.
