Set in a quiet home near the water in Bowser, BC, Settling Into Rest is a full Saturday of guided rest, gentle movement, nourishing food, and unhurried time. For those who wish to make it a full weekend retreat, Friday and Saturday nights are available, so you can arrive slowly and leave with even more room to breathe.

This is not a productivity retreat. There is nothing to achieve here.
Only space to remember what it feels like to really rest.
